First point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related and employment law matters
Handling operational tasks within HR management
Analyzing key metrics, deriving HR measures and preparing decision-making materials for management
Establishing and optimizing HR processes and actively contributing to HR special projects
Initiating and supporting personnel development measures
Supporting the preparation of workforce planning and the personnel budget
Requirements
Professional experience in a generalist HR role
Good knowledge of employment law
Strong IT affinity for digital HR applications, including very good knowledge of MS Office
Enjoy working in a structured, solution-oriented way and demonstrate an authentic personality with strong interpersonal skills
