About the role

  • ERP-Expert:in providing 1st-Level-Support for Infoma software in finance. Involved in customer support and continuous personal development with modern ERP technology.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for users of our Infoma software modules in the area of financial accounting
  • Analyze and classify customer inquiries
  • Resolve general customer inquiries via remote diagnosis
  • Gather and prepare data and information for more complex issues
  • Regularly participate in training, professional development, and certification opportunities

Requirements

  • Vocational training or a degree in business administration, public administration, or taxation — or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to contribute as a team player
  • Customer-oriented and friendly demeanour
  • Strong service mindset
  • Attention to detail, commitment, and eagerness to learn
