About the role

  • Partner Manager developing global distribution channels for award-winning smart glasses. Establishing partnerships and driving sales performance in a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, win, and develop new distribution and channel partners for our award-winning smart glasses worldwide
  • Define target groups, prioritize regions and verticals, and analyze competitors to carve out our unique position
  • Approach potential partners, manage onboarding, and negotiate strong, sustainable contracts
  • Plan and execute partner-enabled market launches, from first contact to signed agreement and go-live
  • Drive partner performance and provide hands-on support for co-marketing, co-branding, and market-specific campaigns
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on indirect sales performance and apply insights to refine strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner/channel management, indirect sales, or business development—ideally in tech, electronics, or consumer products
  • Strong skills in target group and market analysis, network building, and opportunity identification
  • Practical experience in partner outreach, onboarding, contract negotiation, and sales enablement
  • Experience launching new products through indirect sales or channel networks (B2B2C or distribution-focused)
  • Excellent intercultural and communication skills (German and English required; additional languages a plus)
  • Hands-on, proactive, and organized with a strong commercial drive and a good sense for trends
  • Experience in marketing, co-branding projects, or event management is a plus
