About the role
- (Junior) Expert Business Processes Supply Chain optimizing global end-to-end business processes for Viega. Collaborating with international teams and driving best practices in operations and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Design, standardize and optimize global end-to-end business processes within Operations (Forecast-to-Produce and Source-to-Pay)
- Collaborate closely with national and international sites and business units to analyze, model and harmonize end-to-end processes
- Develop practical and sustainable process solutions to increase efficiency across manufacturing and logistics landscapes
- Perform data-driven analyses and simulations, and prepare robust decision-making documentation
- Systematically identify optimization potential along the value chain
- Advise internal stakeholders on process design, digitization and IT integration
Requirements
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a comparable technical or economic field
- Initial professional experience with business processes in production and/or logistics environments, for example through internships
- Basic understanding of IT-supported supply chain processes
- Knowledge of SAP (e.g., PP, MM, WM/EWM, Ariba)
- Interest in modeling, analyzing and further developing global process standards
- Work analytically, structured and conceptually – also in a dynamic project environment
- Confident communication in German and English, strong intercultural competence and willingness to travel
