About the role

  • Internship supporting business development at Moonscale, developing AI-powered sales avatars. Engage with potential B2B clients and assist in outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients (prospecting)
  • Actively reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels
  • Support in qualifying and scoping leads
  • Build and maintain our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Work closely with the founders on go-to-market strategies and experiments
  • Assist with market analysis, customer feedback, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • You live in Munich or are willing to relocate for the internship (on-site role)
  • You enjoy start-up pace, ownership and responsibility
  • Strong analytical and communication skills — able to research, present and write
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented way with a bias for action
  • Early experience in start-ups, sales, consulting or VC (nice-to-have)
  • Interest in SaaS, AI or go-to-market topics (nice-to-have)
