About the role
- RAN Implementation Engineer enhancing wireless telecommunications connectivity at VICTUS NETWORKS. Managing telecom implementation activities and solving technical challenges in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Acting as technical adviser on a construction location for subcontractors.
- Network project implementation process by performing tasks such as technical evaluation, implementation work supervision, coordination /management, site survey / site folder / review and related document control.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Cooperation with Design Engineering, Operation Departments and external interfaces.
- Ensure integration of activities performed by multiple stakeholders.
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plan and site activities in order to meet the agreed deadlines.
- Feasibility studies to existing networks concerning the implementation activities.
- Tracking and preparing the required reports.
- Use and maintain the required tools to improve efficiency and communication within teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor (University/TEI) degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering specialized in Telecom networks
- 4-5 years of work experience
- Interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively within cross-departmental groups and teams
- Excellent Excel/Spreadsheet and presentation skills
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- The ability to effectively communicate both in the English written and spoken word
- Ability to understand & identify process improvement opportunities to strengthen efficiency in business operations
- A strategic and tactical thinking
- An understanding of implementation means and methods associated with the Telecom networks and site work related thereto AutoCAD knowledge.
