About the role
- Analista de Desenvolvimento de Novos Negócios focusing on Planning, Intelligence and Data for Vibra. Responsible for managing performance targets and business insights.
Responsibilities
- Define, review and manage targets and performance indicators specific to digital channels;
- Manage the business's financial targets and produce projections throughout the month to ensure achievement;
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with fiscal and regulatory policies;
- Interact with external partners for technical and strategic alignment;
- Develop reports in Power BI and Excel (VBA);
- Define and collect metrics for daily reporting of key indicators; develop dashboards to reduce operational work;
- Support and guide the data engineering team in data collection, processing and provisioning;
- Increase the frequency of data updates to guide sales operations;
- Define and utilize AI agents for analyzing the performance of channels and campaigns.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI;
- Experience in digital commercial planning (knowledge of digital-specific KPIs);
- Demonstrated technical proficiency with relevant tools;
- Experience in Business Intelligence.
