Responsibilities
Support the organization and documentation of strategic agendas, executive meetings, and governance forums, ensuring traceability of decisions and follow-ups.
Maintain strategic cadences (checkpoints, reviews, and quarterly cycles), supporting execution and monitoring of actions.
Consolidate and update reports, documents, and official strategy and governance information, ensuring organization and version control.
Update and monitor metrics (OKRs and KPIs) and strategic roadmaps in corporate platforms (e.g., TeamGuide, Jira, SoftExpert).
Support data consolidation for analyses, dashboards, and strategic presentations.
Produce strategic communications and content for internal channels (e.g., Engage), translating directives into clear and accessible messages.
Assist in organizing strategic events and in preparing/reviewing presentations for the board and leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
Experience: 2 years in the field or related areas.
Knowledge of performance indicators; strategic planning; corporate communications; administrative routines; and event organization.
