About the role
- Analyzing and documenting operational processes related to client activities in the public administration sector. Proposing solutions aligned with legal regulations and operational flows.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, map, and document processes related to the client's operational activities (enrollment/authorization, vehicles, traffic infractions, inspections, communication with RENAVAM, among others);
- Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into clear functional specifications;
- Propose solutions aligned with the traffic sector's business rules, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and official procedures;
- Identify operational issues and bottlenecks, perform analyses to recommend improvements and adjustments to systems, procedures, and integrations;
- Work directly on problem resolution by investigating root causes and coordinating corrective actions when services dependent on the client's rules are impacted;
- Validate features and enhancements together with development, QA, and stakeholders;
- Monitor legal or regulatory changes that affect products or systems, ensuring processes are updated; provide support to internal teams on functional and operational questions related to business rules;
- Ensure clear communication between technical and business areas, facilitating understanding and decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience with Object-Oriented programming (OO)
- Experience with Agile methodology: Scrum
- Experience working on Public Administration projects
- Must reside in Brazil
