Responsibilities
The Specialist supports the market development and go-to-market efforts of Risk Solutions across 4 broad pillars.
Support the development of a comprehensive view of the customer and their ecosystem across industry, use case(s), and personas.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and regulatory and industry developments.
Collect and share competitive, regulatory, and customer insight to support the Risk Solutions Product team in identifying and prioritizing new products and features.
Support broader commercialization efforts to ensure global commercial teams are aware of key product developments and market changes.
Develop brand and awareness campaigns, branded content strategy and executions, and event strategy.
Requirements
Proven market development skills: experience working with commercial organizations, developing and executing market development plans and Go-To-Market initiatives (marketing campaigns, thought leadership, industry analysis, pricing, market sizing), and supporting commercial opportunities.
Experience with B2B data and analytic business in the Credit Risk industry.
Proven client facing, project management and organizational skill.
A solid understanding of business procedures and operation.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with Salesforce, BI Dashboards, Excel, Web development a plus.
Quick decision-making skill.
Highly collaborative.
