Responsibilities
Receive and record accreditation requests submitted by sales executives;
Review and validate partners' documents and registration data according to the criteria defined by the area;
Enter and maintain information in spreadsheets, systems, and internal portals;
Track outstanding documentation and notify internal requesters of any inconsistencies;
Support the organization and periodic updating of the accredited partners database;
Provide suggestions for improvements to optimize the accreditation process workflows and controls.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma
Microsoft Office (intermediate level, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook);
Good understanding of administrative routines and data control;
Familiarity with corporate systems and digital platforms
