Responsibilities
- Ensure execution of the area's routines, serving internal and external customers with structured analyses and arguments, agility, organization, and a strong customer focus;
- Understand request requirements from the customer's perspective, evaluate indicators for decision-making, and proactively define parameter-review logics tailored to each scenario;
- Inventory Management: Define and control store inventory to reduce stockouts without creating excess (optimal stock), in accordance with the assigned responsibility group;
- KPIs: Report and monitor area indicators, driving process improvements;
- Follow standardized area processes, continuously monitor process performance, and independently alert the direct manager in case of deviations;
- Apply continuous improvement methods (PDCA) together with the manager and identify root causes of store replenishment issues;
- Work with internal and external cross-functional teams;
- Execute area routines, serving internal and external customers with structured analyses and arguments, agility, and organization;
- When necessary, conduct occasional visits to pharmacies to understand on-site realities and key pain points;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations-related fields, or other exact sciences;
