About the role

  • Analista de Remuneração e Benefícios II at M. Dias Branco managing compensation policies and benefit programs to enhance employee satisfaction and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and analyze processes for fixed and variable compensation and short- and long-term incentive programs.
  • Support the development, review and maintenance of the job and salary structure.
  • Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking analyses.
  • Perform internal equity studies, salary banding and salary movements (merit increases, promotions and adjustments).
  • Administer and monitor benefits programs (health, dental, meal/food allowance, life insurance, among others).
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
  • Prepare management reports and area indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration completed;
  • Postgraduate degree preferred;
  • At least 6 months of experience in the area or related fields;
  • Prior experience in Compensation and Benefits;
  • Knowledge of job and salary methodologies;
  • Experience with salary surveys and market analyses;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation related to benefits and compensation;
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
