Responsibilities
Provide advisory support to fuel retailers in the assigned region to drive business expansion and deliver positive results for both the station and our company;
Prospect new clients and manage contract renewals;
Increase sales volume of fuels and lubricants;
Implement and monitor franchise operations at fuel stations;
Conduct commercial negotiations to ensure product profitability and strengthen our company’s market presence.
Requirements
Reside in Ijuí (RS) or nearby areas;
Valid Category B driver’s license (CNH);
Willingness to travel;
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (postgraduate degree is a plus);
Proactive “hunter” profile with strong client acquisition skills;
Hands‑on approach to task execution;
Ability to work effectively in a team;
Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence;
Ability to work with complex systems and processes;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Basic knowledge of financial mathematics;
