Requirements
10+ years of recruitment experience, with significant time spent in-house.
Led Talent Acquisition at a high-growth, performance-oriented tech company.
Track record of hiring senior technical profiles and commercial leaders.
Managed a team of at least 5 recruiters.
Proven experience upholding strict hiring standards in a competitive market.
Deep knowledge of US employment laws and visa requirements.
