About the role

  • Head of Talent Acquisition defining hiring strategies and building a recruitment team to drive growth at Vibe.co. Leading efforts to hire top talent to meet aggressive business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the architect of Vibe's growth engine in NYC Headquarters.
  • Define the hiring strategy, raise the bar across every role.
  • Ensure scale of GTM and Engineering orgs with exceptional talent.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of 5+ recruiters.
  • Design scalable recruitment strategies to meet headcount goals.
  • Coach recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill tech roles.
  • Source passive A-players through creative channels beyond LinkedIn.
  • Build robust talent pipelines for critical Engineering and Revenue roles.
  • Train hiring managers on bias-free interview techniques.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruitment experience, with significant time spent in-house.
  • Led Talent Acquisition at a high-growth, performance-oriented tech company.
  • Track record of hiring senior technical profiles and commercial leaders.
  • Managed a team of at least 5 recruiters.
  • Proven experience upholding strict hiring standards in a competitive market.
  • Deep knowledge of US employment laws and visa requirements.
