  • Recruiting Specialist managing full-cycle recruiting for various office roles at Precision Walls. Building candidate pipelines and supporting hiring decisions in a reputable commercial contractor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for office roles (PMs, Estimators, Superintendents, Admin, Accounting).
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to fill positions quickly and effectively.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions.
  • Promote Precision Walls as an employer of choice (ESOP, career growth, training programs).
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in ATS.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting and human resources is preferred.
  • Talented communication skills: In-person, verbal, and written.
  • Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
  • Dedicated to customer service, outgoing, and likable attitude.
  • Extremely detailed and organized.
  • Computer and technology savvy.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
