Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate sales activities and events in your region
  • Manage the available budget with a focus on meeting the objectives of the company's commercial policy
  • Focus on customer service and retention
  • Drive team engagement and profitability for the company
  • Commercial management of the company's direct and indirect channels in the region within the technical market
  • Participate in developing the commercial strategy
  • Responsible for preparing sales forecasts
  • Leadership, people and process management, negotiation, and financial and market management of clients
  • Availability for travel
  • Comply with EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) procedures and guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • CRM systems
  • Management systems
  • Experience in people management
  • Preferred: Fluent English
