  • Director of Demand Generation leading the growth efforts at Veza Technologies, a data security platform. Developing and optimizing campaigns to drive demand and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create, optimize, and analyze lead generation campaigns
  • Partner with key stakeholders across teams
  • Build weekly data insights and performance metrics
  • Continuously improve campaign performance
  • Build relationships with Sales leadership
  • Manage and allocate the demand generation budget
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team
  • Address customer needs at every buyer's journey stage

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Demand Generation experience
  • 2 years in a B2B, SaaS, or Cybersecurity company
  • Proven experience running integrated campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise organizations' decision-making processes
  • Expertise in creating programs for buyer's journey
  • Experience building shared measurement frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Historical understanding for customer and product needs
