Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging and deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in payments, fintech, fx, or related industries; with focus on new business acquisition.
Strong local network and understanding of business practices in within the region.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling successful sales teams in competitive markets.
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian market, including economic trends and key business sectors, particularly as related to cross border payments.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools for pipeline management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to leverage data for decision-making.
