Responsibilities
Manage invoicing and factoring processes for multi-country clients
Monitor the full collections process, including legal procedures when necessary
Measure and analyze key financial and operational performance indicators
Manage and resolve customer claims and disputes
Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of financial operational processes
Act as the billing reference for other teams and provide reliable figures to the finance team
Work with the accounting team during monthly and annual closings
Requirements
2 years of experience as a Sales Admin Manager or in a similar role
High level of accuracy and reliability, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
Proactive, solution- and automation-oriented, anticipating issues and driving improvements
Business-curious and eager to understand the "why" behind the numbers
Strong team player, collaborative and constructive with financial and non-financial stakeholders
