Responsibilities
New business development: You identify potential new clients, proactively approach decision-makers in exciting industries, and position ALEX & GROSS as a growth partner.
Outbound sales: You pick up the phone and use email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations at decision-maker level.
Lead qualification: You analyze customer needs, identify opportunities, and build targeted relationships for the wider sales team.
CRM & data: You keep our customer database up to date, document your activities, and use data to continuously optimize your approach.
Teamwork: Together with Marketing, Sales, and Consulting, you develop strategies for the next growth sprint.
Requirements
A completed university degree — whether in Business Administration, Communications, Business Informatics, or another field.
Some initial experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., sales, customer service, promotion, startup roles, or internships).
Strong communication skills — on the phone, digitally, and in person.
Enjoy persuading people and driving things forward with energy.
Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to make success measurable.
German at C2 level and English skills for international communication.
