About the role

  • Partnerships Manager needed to build and scale Verto's partner program in hybrid setup. Role focuses on sourcing and managing referral partners for customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the partner program and ecosystem from the ground up.
  • Source, acquire and manage a pipeline of high-impact referral partners for customer acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Identify and sign high-value commercial referral partners such as FX brokers and VCs.
  • Turn signed agreements into active partners that generate regular referrals.
  • Scout and acquire third-party platforms that can refer customers to Verto.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope and launch key integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or B2B sales within Fintech, SaaS, or Cross-border Payments & FX.
  • Comfortable negotiating and closing commercial agreements, with revenue share terms and custom pricing.
  • Ability to lead required integration work, partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Hunter mentality in seeking out, managing and closing deals and new opportunities.
  • Ability to organize complexity across potential partners using CRM tools (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce).
