Responsibilities
Organize and manage the administrative aspects of all marketing tools, ensuring access control, security, and account integrity.
Lead the HSM (High Speed Message) dispatch process, including the management, approval, and optimization of message templates with providers (BSPs).
Contribute to the ABA architecture, taking responsibility for Porto’s business lines and verticals, ensuring technology supports the commercial strategy.
Create, document, and implement the processes and governance for all corporate ad manager applications.
Monitor and provide technical support for TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring correct implementation of pixels, conversion APIs, and tracking.
Apply artificial intelligence knowledge to optimize creative processes, data analysis, or marketing automation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
Traffic Management: Proven technical expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads (Meta Ads), and TikTok Ads.
Digital Channels: Strong knowledge of digital channel ecosystems and messaging tools (WhatsApp API/HSM).
Artificial Intelligence: Knowledge and hands-on experience applying AI tools in day-to-day marketing and technology activities.
Highly organized: exceptional ability to manage governance, processes, and technical documentation.
Process-oriented: ability to design workflows and establish quality standards.
