About the role

  • Digital Marketing Operations Specialist managing company website and SEO performance in a B2B SaaS environment. Focused on optimization and collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the website end-to-end, including CMS management to create, update and publish product, solution, company, event, landing and resource pages, hero banners, CTAs, contact forms, layouts and structure
  • Optimize the website for conversions through continuous improvement of content, CTAs, layouts and page structure, applying basic HTML when needed
  • Manage website tracking and attribution, including Google Tag Manager, GA4 and UTM governance, ensuring full tracking continuity between the website and Eloqua landing pages
  • Build and manage landing pages both on the website and in Oracle Eloqua using native tools and light coding when required, ensuring all pages are properly tagged and monitored
  • Monitor website traffic, channel performance and trends, identify opportunities and risks, and produce bi-weekly and monthly reports
  • Own inbound website leads, including daily review, filtering, enrichment using ZoomInfo and upload into MySales for Sales follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams and interact with HQ marketing teams in Korea on all website and CMS-related topics, ensuring brand consistency and website health
  • Perform ongoing benchmarking of B2B SaaS and enterprise technology websites to identify best practices in structure, content, UX and conversion patterns, translating insights into continuous improvements
  • Own on-page and technical SEO across the website, including continuous optimization of content, structure, metadata, internal and external linking, and backlinking
  • Identify SEO opportunities and performance gaps to support qualified organic traffic growth
  • Monitor SEO KPIs and organic performance using SEMrush, Google Analytics, GA4 and Google Keyword Planner, and additional tools to provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team
  • Own and execute the company’s organic social presence, including daily creation and posting on the SDSA LinkedIn Company Page and the Caidentia Product Page, managing the monthly content calendar and developing post copy across company news, products, solutions, events, promotions, CSR activities, curated content, holidays and relevant industry topics
  • Actively engage with the LinkedIn community by monitoring, interacting and participating in relevant groups and conversations related to B2B SaaS, enterprise mobility and technology to drive engagement and follower growth
  • Manage and publish monthly LinkedIn Newsletters for Enterprise Mobility and Caidentia, monitoring performance and engagement
  • Perform continuous benchmarking of organic social best practices by analyzing peer and competitor B2B technology companies to identify effective formats, trends and topics
  • Monitor and manage the company’s broader online presence beyond LinkedIn, including industry forums, relevant Reddit communities, B2B software review platforms (such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights and similar), Google search results and brand mentions, and other digital channels related to enterprise mobility and B2B SaaS, to ensure brand consistency, awareness and early identification of risks or opportunities.
  • Track social and online presence KPIs, respond to comments and inquiries when appropriate, produce monthly reports, collaborate with the Graphic Designer by providing copy and creative direction and occasionally create simple visuals using existing templates with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in **B2B technology or SaaS marketing**
  • Strong experience with CMS platforms, Oracle Eloqua, SEO, SEMrush, Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Keyword Planner and ZoomInfo
  • Experience managing organic LinkedIn company pages in the tech industry
  • Basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work autonomously and collaborate with global teams
  • Continuous learning mindset; GA4 certification and Korean language skills considered a plus
  • Maintain detailed project plans and status tracking for website, SEO and social deliverables using Monday.com (or similar), ensuring on-time execution, high attention to detail and measurable outcomes
  • Must be **legally authorized to work in the U.S.** without current or future sponsorship requirements.
  • Hybrid work model with a regular on-site presence required (currently 3 days per week in the office); office attendance requirements may evolve based on business needs
  • Occasional flexibility is required to support video calls with HQ teams based in Seoul, South Korea, typically up to twice per month, scheduled in late afternoon or evening to accommodate time zone differences
