Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, or Journalism;
  • Knowledge in executing Strategic Marketing Planning;
  • Experience with RD Station (campaigns, newsletters, communication workflows/automation);
  • Social media posting (LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube);
  • Experience in digital marketing with a focus on conversion;
  • Ability to analyze metrics and digital marketing results;
  • Creation of content briefs and posting schedules;
  • Create reports for website, social media, newsletters, and other communication channels;
  • Website content updates;
  • Management of creative requests and brand identity;
  • Creativity for briefs and campaigns;
  • Experience building online and offline audiences;
  • Experience developing internal marketing initiatives (endomarketing), campaigns, and internal communications to engage employees;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Ability to generate and analyze data, create reports, demonstrate results, and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Differential:
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads / Meta Ads / Google Ads;
  • Experience in B2B technology.
