About the role

  • Account Manager developing business and managing client accounts for a digital transformation consultancy. Focusing on strategic sales and building long-term relationships in technology.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new strategic accounts (pure hunter);
  • Map potential clients and identify opportunities in digital transformation, technology, AI and design;
  • Conduct discovery meetings with executives (C-level, Heads, Managers) and present tailored solutions;
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring predictability and delivery quality;
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close new contracts;
  • Act in a consultative manner with technical and delivery teams, ensuring alignment between expectations and execution;
  • Report results, KPIs and market trends to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hunter / Account Manager / Business Developer in technology companies, consultancies or SaaS firms;
  • Consistent track record of active prospecting and opening new accounts;
  • Knowledge of complex B2B sales and methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale or similar;
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to translate business pain points into technology solutions;
  • Organizational skills, strategic vision and discipline in pipeline management;
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.);
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
