Responsibilities
Manage the sales territory for products in chromatography (GC, LC, GC/MS, LC/MS), atomic (AAS, ICP OES/MS) and molecular spectroscopy (IR, UV/VIS)
Revenue responsibility for the primary postal code area 90–97
Sales-oriented, consultative advising of customers
Targeted development of new business relationships, including via social media, and maintenance of existing customer base
Develop and implement strategies to improve market position
Product presentations at company events, seminars, trade shows and congresses
Collaboration with the service and support organization
Close cooperation with Key Account Managers, application specialists and internal sales staff
Requirements
Completed university degree in a natural science, preferably chemistry
Expertise in analytical chemistry, instrumental analysis and mass spectrometry
Initial sales experience in capital goods / investment goods sales
Affinity for and experience in social selling
Independent, determined and sales-oriented working style
Organizational talent, commitment and a strong customer orientation
Very good German and English, written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Residence conveniently and centrally located within the sales territory, valid driving license and willingness to travel (>50%)
