Responsibilities
Technical and disciplinary leadership and development of assigned staff (6 field sales employees)
Planning, achieving and exceeding established sales targets
New customer acquisition, development of strategic new business and retention of existing customer relationships
Upselling and expansion of existing business with software and system solutions
Defining and monitoring KPIs to drive target achievement and ensure work quality
Ensuring a positive, challenging work environment that recognizes strong performance and addresses areas for improvement
Requirements
Strong, progressive sales experience and industry knowledge in the water sector
Process-oriented approach with a proven track record of profitable growth
Strategic ability to analyze markets and competitors and to develop and implement successful sales strategies with the team
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Very good English skills and fluent German
