About the role

  • Analista Comercial / Inside Sales at Ventana Serra do Brasil. Focusing on sales support, proposal elaboration, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals and freight quotations
  • Perform cost, pricing and margin analyses
  • Communicate with international agents, suppliers and logistics partners
  • Develop and update quotations for different transportation modes and routes
  • Track sales opportunities, submitted proposals and client responses
  • Contribute to market studies, route analysis and competitiveness assessments
  • Support commercial negotiations and BID processes
  • Ensure information is up to date and consistent in systems and CRM
  • Monitor import and export processes when necessary
  • Assist in monitoring commercial KPIs and improving results
  • Contribute to the standardization of processes, controls and best practices in the area

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree in commercial areas or pricing is desirable
  • Excel | English | Power BI
  • Analytical, strategic and collaborative profile
