About the role

  • Inside Sales Specialist in SAP environment working closely with account managers at Mercoline GmbH. Fostering new customer relationships and optimizing internal processes within the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a dynamic SAP environment
  • Close collaboration with account managers and presales teams to acquire new customers
  • Proactive customer acquisition and act as the direct point of contact for customer relations
  • Support sales and marketing activities
  • Utilize the CRM to organize and coordinate the sales team
  • Continuous optimization of internal processes

Requirements

  • Commercial qualification or business degree with an affinity for sales and IT
  • Experience in inside sales or other sales roles in IT, ideally with SAP or ERP software
  • Excellent German (C1 or higher)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Communicative, structured and able to work independently
