About the role

  • Inside Sales Intern supporting U.S. Direct-to-consumer sales. Gain experience in customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer outreach and contact potential new customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to DME products
  • Process existing customer sales orders
  • Train on Atos Medical’s medical devices to provide technical support
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Insurance, and Accounting Departments for timely deliveries

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a post-secondary program in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • GPA of 3.0+
  • Junior or Senior status as of March 2026
  • 3-6 months of customer service and/or sales experience OR related course work
