About the role

  • Inside Sales role in a hybrid capacity supporting service sales areas in Germany. Involves lead management, customer inquiries, and contract coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Support the service sales teams in coordinating and planning day-to-day operations
  • Review and process leads
  • Carefully prepare and follow up on outstanding maintenance quotations
  • Assist with new customer acquisition
  • Coordinate special pricing conditions and tenders (RFPs)
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate contract amendments
  • Maintain master data in relevant systems

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration)
  • Technical understanding is a plus
  • Relevant professional experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer- and service-orientation
  • Structured and responsible working style
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
