Lead Inside Sales professional responsible for generating qualified sales leads at BeNeering. Focused on digitalisation and AI-driven automation of operational procurement in Europe.
Responsibilities
Constantly expand the database of relevant contacts in the BeNeering CRM and grow your personal network
Conduct detailed research and qualification of target prospects before approaching them, using all available information sources
Identify the relevant stakeholders within prospect accounts for outreach, leveraging all available information sources
Collaborate with Sales to develop lead-generation scenarios that clearly and efficiently communicate the value and benefits of BeNeering solutions to prospects
Reach out to new potential leads in a smart and sustainable way using the most effective communication channels
Raise awareness, spark curiosity, and generate interest in BeNeering solutions and their value for operational procurement by sharing relevant materials and running introductory sessions with prospects
Systematically hand over interested, qualified leads to the Sales team
Drive calling and email campaigns tied to the team’s participation in external events to maximize the number of on-site meetings
Programmatically follow up on discontinued/disqualified leads and aged pipeline, as well as on cold leads and those not yet ready to engage
Participate in territory and account planning, supporting Sales with market insights and acquired knowledge
Actively provide market feedback to the Sales and Product teams
Requirements
At least 5 years of proven experience in lead generation within the enterprise software sector
Excellent communication, influencing, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Strong IT affinity and hands-on experience using various digital tools in daily work
Willingness and ability to learn and adapt quickly
Experience with procurement processes and digital procurement solutions
Experience using a CRM system for managing efficient campaigns and automating lead-generation activities
Native German speaker with strong English proficiency
