Senior Account Executive expanding client relationships in custom software for construction industry. Seeking experienced sales professional for outbound prospecting and client development.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute an outbound prospecting strategy to acquire new construction and AEC clients
Qualify and advance inbound construction and AEC industry leads using a consultative, value-driven approach
This includes building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers
Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements in highly complex environments, building alignment and momentum from initial discovery through close.
Collaborate with Solution Engineers to shape tailored, compelling solutions
Manage and forecast pipeline activity accurately in our CRM platform (HubSpot).
Maintain strong sales hygiene and disciplined CRM practices
Stay current on VeilSun’s offerings, low-code platforms, AI technologies and tools , and emerging construction technology trends.
Report directly to the VP of Sales and contribute to broader sales strategy
Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by VeilSun leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience
1+ years selling custom software, technical platforms, or professional services (not off-the-shelf products)
3+ years selling into construction or AEC accounts
Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business development
Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
Comfortable working remotely and independently
