About the role
- Own and improve supply planning processes and tools across Operations. Collaborate with Tech and cross-functional stakeholders to implement, support and continuously enhance solutions.
Responsibilities
- The Business Process Owner (BPO) Supply Planning is part of the Operations department and reports to the Group Supply & Planning Director.
- Responsible for defining, managing and continuously improving procurement/supply processes and tools, in collaboration with Tech teams, to enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with Veepee’s strategic objectives.
- Acts as the process subject-matter expert, supporting procurement teams in implementation and providing ongoing support.
- Liaises with other business process owners across the group (sales, warehouses, accounting, etc.) to ensure alignment between supply processes and those of other departments.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in engineering, business school or equivalent university degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain and logistics, preferably in a similar role (process owner or project manager) or in consulting
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain (procurement, logistics, transport and Supply Chain Management)
- Proven project management skills
- Demonstrated expertise in process optimization
- Comfortable with Information Systems and agile methodologies
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence
- Proficient with Office suite (especially Excel) or G Suite
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); additional language (Spanish, German or Italian) is a plus
