Responsibilities
The Business Process Owner (BPO) Supply Planning is part of the Operations department and reports to the Group Supply & Planning Director.
Responsible for defining, managing and continuously improving procurement/supply processes and tools, in collaboration with Tech teams, to enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with Veepee’s strategic objectives.
Acts as the process subject-matter expert, supporting procurement teams in implementation and providing ongoing support.
Liaises with other business process owners across the group (sales, warehouses, accounting, etc.) to ensure alignment between supply processes and those of other departments.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac +5) in engineering, business school or equivalent university degree
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain and logistics, preferably in a similar role (process owner or project manager) or in consulting
In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain (procurement, logistics, transport and Supply Chain Management)
Proven project management skills
Demonstrated expertise in process optimization
Comfortable with Information Systems and agile methodologies
Interest in Artificial Intelligence
Proficient with Office suite (especially Excel) or G Suite
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); additional language (Spanish, German or Italian) is a plus
