About the role

  • Administrative Consultant supporting internal office organization and management of electronic funding files. Flexibility in work hours and family-friendly options are provided in this hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • Co-responsible for internal office organization and actively contributing to process design
  • Management of electronically maintained funding files
  • Support for incoming and outgoing mail processing
  • Responsible for monitoring deadlines and drafting reminder letters
  • Supervision, onboarding and guidance of working students and trainees

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, e.g., in business administration, administrative services, or as a legal assistant
  • Some professional experience in administration and/or general office organization
  • Initial professional experience in the listed areas is desirable but not required
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
