Responsibilities
Co-responsible for internal office organization and actively contributing to process design
Management of electronically maintained funding files
Support for incoming and outgoing mail processing
Responsible for monitoring deadlines and drafting reminder letters
Supervision, onboarding and guidance of working students and trainees
Requirements
Completed vocational training, e.g., in business administration, administrative services, or as a legal assistant
Some professional experience in administration and/or general office organization
Initial professional experience in the listed areas is desirable but not required
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
