About the role

  • Kundensupport Mitarbeiter/in bei Vaudoise Versicherung, Fokus auf Kundenbetreuung und Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams. Geplante Entwicklung hin zur Führungsrolle innerhalb der Generalagentur.

Responsibilities

  • Support for the sales team – You will work closely with our field advisors and ensure they receive optimal support.
  • Preparation of quotes for both private individuals and corporate clients.
  • Opening and handling of claims in the areas of property and financial loss insurance.
  • Responsibility for the practical training of apprentices/trainees.
  • Telephone customer service – You are the first point of contact for our insurance partners and their customers.
  • Collaboration with specialist departments – You will work closely with internal experts to find the best solutions for our customers.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the insurance industry with experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer.
  • Good knowledge of the insurance agency channel is an advantage.
  • VBV intermediary qualification required.
  • Further training in the insurance field is a plus – ideally you already have it or are willing to pursue it.
  • Excellent written and spoken German.
  • Sales- and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibility.
  • Communicative and open personality.
  • You are resilient, proactive and take initiative — perfect, you will be a great fit for our team.
