About the role

  • Support sales and customer management in a growing SaaS company focused on automotive control. Coordinate deal pipelines and customer onboarding tasks with a small team.

Responsibilities

  • You coordinate and manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot
  • You assist with scheduling, preparation and coordination of customer appointments (online & by phone)
  • You prepare sales materials and presentations (templates provided)
  • You ensure smooth back-office operations – from CRM maintenance to quote creation
  • You provide organizational support to our existing customers and assist with onboarding and inquiries
  • You work closely with management, support and the product team

Requirements

  • Some experience in inside sales, customer service, or a commercial/administrative role
  • You enjoy organizing and keep appointments and processes on track
  • Confident use of digital tools (e.g., email, Excel; ideally a CRM such as HubSpot)
  • Friendly, structured and reliable working style
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • No technical expertise required – we will provide thorough training!
  • Optional: experience in the automotive industry or a software environment
