Responsibilities
You coordinate and manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot
You assist with scheduling, preparation and coordination of customer appointments (online & by phone)
You prepare sales materials and presentations (templates provided)
You ensure smooth back-office operations – from CRM maintenance to quote creation
You provide organizational support to our existing customers and assist with onboarding and inquiries
You work closely with management, support and the product team
Requirements
Some experience in inside sales, customer service, or a commercial/administrative role
You enjoy organizing and keep appointments and processes on track
Confident use of digital tools (e.g., email, Excel; ideally a CRM such as HubSpot)
Friendly, structured and reliable working style
Good verbal and written communication skills
No technical expertise required – we will provide thorough training!
Optional: experience in the automotive industry or a software environment
