Responsibilities
Conduct courtesy visits in cases of sickness-related loss of earnings
Negotiate to reach consensual solutions that enable a swift return to work in cases where the absence is work-related
Contact various stakeholders (employer, unemployment office, disability insurance (AI), etc.) and coordinate actions to achieve a win–win–win outcome (employer – employee – insurer)
Negotiate with lawyers, unions, and/or insurers
Requirements
Legal qualification or Federal Diploma in Insurance
Proven professional experience in personal insurance preferred
Ideally, experience in labor/employment law and/or mediation
Excellent spoken and written French (German is an asset) and proficiency with common IT tools (MS Office)
