About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Lead responsible for defining and executing hiring strategies at KTO. Collaborating with business leaders to enhance recruitment effectiveness across locations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition priorities, workforce planning, and hiring execution aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy that supports company growth and evolving organisational needs.
  • Lead the transformation of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring alignment with leadership goals and a consistent focus on high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Review, optimise, and enhance recruitment infrastructure, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
  • Design and deliver training and coaching for hiring managers on recruitment processes, interviewing best practices, and effective selection methods.
  • Ensure the Talent Acquisition vision and delivery model remain closely aligned with company objectives across all locations.
  • Lead employer branding and diversity sourcing initiatives in partnership with marketing and design teams to strengthen recruitment marketing and brand visibility.
  • Drive recruitment marketing activity from concept through execution, including support for careers site development and oversight of Talent Acquisition-related social media channels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by using data and market insight to support decision-making and improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects across multiple geographies, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans where needed.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key Talent Acquisition metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to improve performance, quality of hire, and decision-making.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition, providing insight into labour market trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring best practices.
  • Partner with the Head of HR to support the development and management of the Talent Acquisition budget.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition practices, standards, and ways of working across the business.
  • Carry out any other duties as required in line with business needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, including strategic and operational responsibility within a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and advising hiring managers on hiring strategy and talent decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading Talent Acquisition transformation, process improvement, and recruitment optimisation initiatives.
  • Experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing, and diversity sourcing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple geographies.
  • Strong knowledge of labour market trends and Talent Acquisition best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and problem-solving capability.
  • Experience in budget planning or budget management within Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
