About the role

  • Apprenti Assistant Responsable Ligne de Produit at Liebherr-Components Colmar. Responsible for document preparation and team organization in the product line department.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents such as meeting minutes, presentations and notes
  • Ensure documents are kept up to date when necessary
  • Organize meetings (agenda, invitations, logistics)
  • Track actions and deadlines
  • Act as an interface with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Collect, distribute and synthesize key information
  • Prepare tracking spreadsheets and performance indicators
  • Contribute to internal communications (announcements, materials, reporting)
  • Weekly routine working with the Product Line Director
  • The apprentice will work within a team of 8 to 10 people

Requirements

  • Required education level: Master’s level (Bac+4 / Bac+5)
  • Typical degrees / schools: Master’s in Business or Management (business school)
