- Contact various stakeholders (employer, unemployment office, disability insurance (AI), etc.) and coordinate actions to achieve a triple-win outcome (employer – employee – insurer)
- Negotiate with lawyers, trade unions, and/or insurers
Requirements
- Legal training or a federal diploma in insurance
- Proven professional experience in personal insurance (life/health/disability) is preferred
- Ideally, experience in labor/employment law and/or mediation
- Excellent spoken and written French (German is an asset) and proficiency with common IT tools (MS Office)
