About the role

  • Care Manager for insurance services in Vaud, Switzerland, conducting case visits and negotiating solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders for successful outcomes in employment-related insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct courtesy visits in the area of sickness-related loss of earnings
  • Negotiate to obtain consensual solutions that enable a timely return to the labor market when the absence is related to the workplace
  • Contact various stakeholders (employer, unemployment office, disability insurance (AI), etc.) and coordinate actions to achieve a triple-win outcome (employer – employee – insurer)
  • Negotiate with lawyers, trade unions, and/or insurers

Requirements

  • Legal training or a federal diploma in insurance
  • Proven professional experience in personal insurance (life/health/disability) is preferred
  • Ideally, experience in labor/employment law and/or mediation
  • Excellent spoken and written French (German is an asset) and proficiency with common IT tools (MS Office)
