About the role

  • Junior IT Service Manager seeking to deliver reliable IT services by collaborating with customers and internal teams. Join an innovative company in Bremen.

Responsibilities

  • You act as the link between our customers and our delivery teams (servers, network, AD, clients, service desk, SAP AMS, cloud, etc.)
  • You are responsible for ensuring that contractual service commitments to these customers are met
  • From the proposal process, through project phases, to operational services: you coordinate all customer requirements and manage the involved internal and external units
  • You also monitor the customer's SLAs and KPIs and prepare reports and analyses
  • You define and optimize ITIL processes and align them with the customers
  • You also manage the escalation process for the services you are responsible for

Requirements

  • You have a degree (e.g. business informatics) or a completed IT vocational training
  • You are passionate about the IT world, follow the latest developments and trends, and ideally have basic technical knowledge in IT infrastructures
  • You enjoy building and maintaining customer relationships and convince others with an open, communicative and confident manner
  • You are not afraid to take on responsible tasks and have strong organizational skills
  • You remain calm under stress and during escalations and always keep the customer-focused resolution of the problem in mind
  • Very good German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level) complete your profile.
