About the role

  • Senior IT Service Manager overseeing SLA compliance and strategic development with clients. Engaging in project management and leading service delivery initiatives at DATAGROUP.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring SLAs and KPIs for our customers
  • Creating work packages and conducting workshops within our service catalog
  • Tracking implementations and providing organizational support for projects
  • Strategic development in collaboration with the customer
  • Participating in CAB meetings
  • Preparing reports and analyses, supporting invoice preparation
  • Staff deployment planning in your area
  • Developing employees within the departments
  • Preparing offers in coordination with the departments
  • Preparing and actively participating in pre-sales meetings
  • Supporting tenders and creating references

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in (business) computer science or vocational training in an IT-related field
  • (Several years of) experience in IT Service Management and Project Management
  • Experience creating technical documentation, reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Confident use of ticketing systems
  • Strong analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent working style
  • Professional and confident demeanor
  • Strong service and results orientation
  • Organizational talent
  • High communication and teamwork skills, including at C-level
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
