About the role

  • Customer Support Specialist for leading Swiss insurance company. Handling customer inquiries and creating offers in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting quotes for private individuals and corporate clients
  • Active collaboration with our field sales staff
  • Close cooperation with our brokers
  • Direct customer contact by telephone and at the service counter
  • Opening claims and processing minor claims

Requirements

  • Commercial training in the insurance sector and several years of customer support experience with a multi-line insurer
  • In-depth insurance knowledge of private and occupational pension schemes as well as non-life personal insurance (UVG/UVG-Z/KTG) and other corporate insurances
  • Strong service orientation with a structured and precise way of working
  • Independent, reliable and balanced personality
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Swiss Federal Insurance Specialist certificate (Eidg. Versicherungsfachausweis) desirable
