Requirements
Commercial training in the insurance sector and several years of customer support experience with a multi-line insurer
In-depth insurance knowledge of private and occupational pension schemes as well as non-life personal insurance (UVG/UVG-Z/KTG) and other corporate insurances
Strong service orientation with a structured and precise way of working
Independent, reliable and balanced personality
Excellent written and spoken German
Swiss Federal Insurance Specialist certificate (Eidg. Versicherungsfachausweis) desirable
