  • Learning & Development Partner improving employee engagement and growth at Vantage Data Centers. Collaborating on training programs and learning resources across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging learning materials, presentations, and e-learning modules
  • Coordinate and oversee learning programs
  • Develop curriculum and design role-based programs
  • Facilitate learning activities
  • Ensure all programs align with organizational culture and strategic priorities
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
  • Partner with People & Culture teams to identify skill gaps

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, organizational development, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D strategies at scale
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning design platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
