Create engaging learning materials, presentations, and e-learning modules
Coordinate and oversee learning programs
Develop curriculum and design role-based programs

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
Partner with People & Culture teams to identify skill gaps
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, organizational development, or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D strategies at scale
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning design platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
