Responsibilities
Lead and develop regional sales and service operations team, with 4 direct team members, to meet strategic business targets for growth and profitability.
Drive implementation of global processes and tools to improve ways of working and create local presence.
Plan and manage resources short and long term, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targets.
Identify and leverage synergies between pulp and energy operations to optimize performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with global teams to develop competences and skills for future customer demands.
Ensure safety management, budgeting and regulatory compliance across the region.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant technical field
7+ years of experience in similar type of role in sales and/or service operations
Proven leadership and team development skills are essential
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and cultures
Strong strategic thinking, reporting and analyzing skills, P&L responsibility experience
Drive and ability to implement global processes locally
Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
