Responsibilities
Lead the expansion of our global market presence, specifically in Central and Southern Europe.
Drive the adoption of Enghouse Transportation’s advanced payment, electronic, and mobile ticketing solutions.
Engage prospects proactively, well ahead of formal tender issuance.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, and execute winning go-to-market strategies.
Expand revenue through upselling existing customers and opening new accounts.
Actively monitor relevant RFPs and tenders, lead bid team for proposal preparation.
Engage in all phases of the sales lifecycle from lead generation to aftersales care.
Ensure accurate recording of prospect and client interactions in Salesforce.com.
Requirements
5+ years of enterprise-level sales experience in transportation, transit, or the public safety industry.
Demonstrated success consistently exceeding revenue and quota targets.
Proven prospecting skills that deliver new business, ideally supported by existing relationships with public or private transit authorities.
Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology is preferred and CRM tools.
Comfortable managing a multi-million-dollar quota.
Strong hunter mentality with the ability to identify, penetrate, and close new business opportunities.
Familiarity with working within a corporate environment.
