Responsibilities
Manages the CMO's calendar, organizing appointments and meetings efficiently.
Coordinates detailed travel arrangements and itineraries.
Processes travel and departmental expenses for the CMO using SAP/Concur in a timely and accurate manner.
Assists the CMO in reviewing and approving travel requests and expenses for team members.
Handles routine and special correspondence, with minimal direction, ensuring effective and clear communication internally and externally.
Creates workflows for internal approvals, team meetings, updates, and team-building activities – to enhance efficiency, alignment and ensure progress.
Maintains regular communication with other stakeholders involved in cross-functional projects and deadlines.
Provides ad hoc and personal support while demonstrating a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience in executive support, project management or communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web based tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and respect with teams and colleagues at all levels.
High level of discretion and confidentiality, and a strong work ethic.
Highly reliable, flexible, and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Highly organized and structured, with strong attention to detail.
Team player, comfortable communicating with leaders and their teams.
Fluent in Italian and English with excellent written and verbal skills. French is a plus.
