Requirements
Extensive experience providing high‑level administrative support to multiple senior leaders within complex organisational environments.
Strong understanding of executive responsibilities, expectations, and confidentiality obligations.
Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, high‑energy approach that contributes positively to team culture.
Advanced capability in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems.
Diploma of Business (desirable).
Recent training or certification in contemporary executive assistant practices and technologies considered highly advantageous.
A flexible approach to work, with the ability to operate between Alcoa’s Perth and Booragoon offices, and travel to Pinjarra (if required).
